Add check_plain and drupal_attributes as filters

Made the settings configurable with variable_get() instead of hardcode in the engine.
(must see if I wil merge it to an array to save precious calls to the variable system later)

Fixed some issues with the default cache path checks and creation.

Autoloader from the current production version, untested since I use the xautoload module. (Which is preferred over the fallback autoloader)

Added apc_compile_file,  if APC is enabled, to prevent stale compiled templates
