[DIFE-619] Content is displayed in all languages upon accessing the versioning of a proposal

This Merge fixes the following (DIFE-619):

[Versioning] Content is displayed in all languages upon accessing the versioning of a proposal

Please note that this issue does not occur on meetings

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Access dev env
  2. Create a proposal
  3. Edit it 2-3 times
  4. Access the proposal
  5. Go to versioning
  6. Access a version of it

Observed: Content is displayed in all languages Expected: Content is displayed in the language in which the user has selected to view
