[DIFE-902] Added statistics component translation labels

Statistics bar showing up in EN when browsing in FR, BG, DA, ES, ET, GA, HR, IT, LV, LT, MT, PT, RO, SK, SL, SV https://drive.google.com/file/d/1izA-iY4a2nk_e5lqJYYezLPP1w1Qdp7A/view?usp=sharing

It's doesn't look to be from the translation labels, please check. Alex comment: Following the statistics bar is rendered using Decidim statistics cell and most likely the issue with the translation is generated from scope being used for those keys.
